Delete your NEXORA account

From the app (immediate)

1. Open NEXORA and sign in.
2. Home › Settings icon.
3. Account section › Delete my account, then confirm.

Without the app

Write to nexora.app.of@gmail.com from your account's email address, with the subject “NEXORA account deletion”. Deletion is carried out within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (email, password) and your public profile (display name).
• Your backup: assets, notes, AI conversations, saved articles, alerts and settings.
• Your tester registration and your devices' notification registration.

What is kept

• Messages already sent in conversations and rooms stay visible to their recipients.
• Reports of messages that may be in progress, while moderators handle them.
