Privacy policy

NEXORA mobile app (wealth, news, notes, chat and AI assistant) and its site.

In short: NEXORA sells no data. During the test, it contains no ads and does no ad tracking: your data is only used to run the app and to find it again on your devices. At launch, NEXORA will come in two versions: a free one with ads and a paid one without ads. This policy will be updated before ads arrive.

1. Controller

2. Data processed and why

Account: email address and display name, to sign you in and identify you in the chat. The password is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google) and can never be read by the publisher. The display name is visible to other chat users.
Tester registration: if you create your account on the site, we also record your email address, your phone type, your confirmation that you are 18 or older and the date you accepted the terms, in order to invite you to the test.
Your content: assets and wealth values you enter, notes, conversations with the AI assistant, saved articles, price alerts and settings. They are stored on your device and backed up in a private space in your account, so they follow you across your devices.
Chat: private and group messages are visible to the members of the conversation; public room messages to all signed-in users. Reported messages (text, author, reason) and AI replies you report, with your question, are sent to moderators. The list of people you block is stored to hide their messages.
Notifications: a technical device identifier (Firebase Cloud Messaging token) and your notification preferences, to notify you of messages, alerts and reminders.
AI assistant: only if you have allowed it, your question is sent with the useful context (your assets, your notes, news headlines) to the Google Gemini AI service through Firebase AI Logic, or to Anthropic Claude if you have entered your own key. In a room or a conversation, the @ia mention only sends your question and news headlines, never your assets or notes, because the reply is visible to other members. You can withdraw this permission in Settings. Do not enter information you do not wish to share with these services.
Quotes and news: the app queries CoinGecko (cryptocurrencies), Frankfurter (exchange rates), Yahoo Finance (stocks, ETFs, indices), using only the tickers, the Forex Factory economic calendar and public press RSS feeds. No personal data is sent to them.

3. Legal basis

Performance of the service you request by creating an account (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR), and your consent for the AI assistant and notifications, which you can withdraw at any time in your phone or app settings.

4. Processors and hosting

Google Firebase (authentication, Firestore database hosted in Europe, region europe-west1, notifications, Gemini AI).
Cloudflare Workers: a small server that relays notifications; it reads new messages to alert their recipients and keeps no data. Cloudflare also hosts the site.
Anthropic, only if you use your own Claude key.

These providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

5. Retention

Your data is kept as long as your account exists. When the account is deleted, your account, your profile, your backup, your tester registration and your devices' notification registration are erased. Messages already sent in the chat stay visible to their recipients. Signing out erases the data on the device.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to processing or request portability by writing to nexora.app.of@gmail.com. You can also contact the French data protection authority, CNIL (cnil.fr). To delete your account, see the dedicated page.

7. Security

Exchanges are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to data is limited by security rules: only you can read your backup, only the members of a private conversation can read its messages. Your Claude key, if any, stays in the device's secure vault.

8. Children

NEXORA is for people aged 18 or over.

This policy may change; the update date appears at the bottom of the page. Important changes will be announced in the app. This translation is provided for convenience: the French version prevails.
