NEXORA mobile app. By using the app, you accept these terms.

1. The service

NEXORA lets you track your wealth, read news and markets, take notes, talk with other users and ask an AI assistant. The app is free and without ads during the test. At launch, it will come in two versions: a free one with ads and a paid one without ads, whose price and terms will be shown before any purchase. The service may change or stop at any time.

2. Account

You must be 18 or older. An account created on the site is a NEXORA account like any other. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password confidential. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

3. Chat rules

No tolerance for unacceptable content or abusive behavior. It is forbidden to post:

• insults, harassment, threats or hateful or discriminatory remarks;
• illegal, sexual or violent content;
• scams, advertising, spam or promises of gains;
• other people's personal data, or impersonation.

4. Moderation

Every user can report a message and block a person. Reports are reviewed by moderators. A message may be hidden or deleted, and its author excluded from rooms, without notice, if these rules are broken.

5. No investment advice

NEXORA provides general information and is not investment advice. Other users' messages are their authors' sole responsibility. Investing involves a risk of capital loss.

6. AI assistant

The assistant's answers are generated automatically and may be wrong or incomplete: check them before any decision. You can report an inappropriate answer from the app.

7. Market data

Quotes are provided by third parties, with no guarantee of accuracy. They may be delayed, and exchange rates are daily. Do not use them to place orders.

8. Liability

The app is provided as is. The publisher cannot be held liable for a decision based on its content, or for an interruption of the service. Keep a copy of important data.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. They may change; the update date appears at the bottom of the page, and important changes will be announced in the app. Your data is processed according to the privacy policy. This translation is provided for convenience: the French version prevails.
